Accessing the Email Domain Interface

• Navigate to "Template Management > Email Domains" in the left sidebar.

Creating a New Email Domain

• Click "New Domain" in the top-right corner.

  

• Enter your desired domain name in the pop-up dialog and confirm.

  

• Return to the Email Domain interface and click "Verify".

  

• Note the displayed Type, Host Record, and Record Value.

• Access your domain's DNS settings to configure the subdomain (e.g., info.tra.co) with the provided records.

DNS Record Configuration

• MX Verification:

  • Host Record: @

  • Type: MX

  • Record Value: mxbiz1.qq.com. (or your mail server address if applicable)

• SPF Verification:

  • Host Record: @

  • Type: TXT

  • Record Value: v=spf1 include:qcloudmail.com ~all

• DKIM Verification:

  • Host Record: qcloud._domainkey

  • Type: TXT

  • Record Value: [Your provided value]

• DMARC Verification:

  • Host Record: _dmarc

  • Type: TXT

  • Record Value: v=DMARC1; p=none

Finalizing Verification

1. Return to the interface and click "Submit Verification".

2. The "Current Value" field reflects your DNS configuration.

Completion

• Once the status shows "Verified", setup is complete.

• After confirmation with support, the interface will display as shown above.
