Reviewing Campaign Details

• Select desired campaign from the list

• Click "Details" button on the right

Analyzing Performance Metrics

• Switch to "Analytics" tab for comprehensive data:

Key Metrics：

• Total Prospects Identified: Deduplicated company/contact count

• Total Emails Sent: Includes failed delivery attempts

• Total SMS Sent: Includes undelivered messages

• Successful Deliveries: Emails/SMS actually received

• Engaged Prospects: Contacts who opened/clicked

Email Performance：

• Delivery Rate: Successful sends ÷ Total attempts

• Open Rate: Email opens ÷ Successful deliveries

• CTR: Link clicks ÷ Successful deliveries

SMS Performance：

• Delivery Rate: Successful SMS ÷ Total attempts

• CTR: Link clicks ÷ Successful deliveries

Viewing Contact & Content Details

• "Contact List": See all identified prospects with full profile data

• "Sent Content": Review initial and follow-up message templates
