Selecting Target Campaign

• Locate the specific campaign requiring termination

• Identify by:
  ✓ Campaign name
  ✓ Creation date
  ✓ Current status

Initiating Termination

Click the stop task (right side of campaign entry)

Confirm action in the pop-up dialog

System Behavior Post-Termination

• Immediate cessation of all automated activities:
  ✓ Email/SMS sequences
  ✓ Follow-up schedules
  ✓ Lead enrichment processes

• Preservation of existing campaign data for reporting

Important Considerations

• Irreversible Action: Requires full reconfiguration to restart

• Data Retention: Historical performance metrics remain accessible

• Scheduled Tasks: Future-dated actions are automatically canceled
