Test Email Feature

Accessing the Test Function

Navigate to "Template Management > Email Templates" via the left sidebar

Locate any approved email template

Initiating a Test Send

• Click the "Test Send" button on your chosen template

  

• The system will deliver a live version to your account's designated email address

Key Considerations

Delivery Notes:

• Test emails may be filtered as spam by providers (e.g., QQ Mail, Gmail)

• This behavior:
  ✓ Uses separate delivery channels from production emails
  ✓ Doesn't affect actual campaign deliverability
  ✓ Varies by provider's spam algorithms

Best Practices for Inbox Placement:

1. Pre-Send Checklist:

   • Click "View" on the template

     

   • Run "AI Spam Detection"

     

2. Content Optimization:
   ✓ Minimize promotional language
   ✓ Balance images/links (under 30% of content)
   ✓ Maintain clear paragraph structure

Troubleshooting Missing Tests:

• Verify receiving email in Account Settings

• Check your spam/junk folders thoroughly
