Create Company Outreach Campaign

Navigate to the left sidebar and click “Search Company”.

Set Business Keywords, Country/Region, and Search Update Cycle

Keywords:

  • Enter industry keywords in English (e.g., “CNC machining” for customers, “Product X + Distributor” for distributors) and choose your customer type.

Country/Region:

  • Type the country name in English; the system will auto-suggest matching locations.

Search Update Cycle:

  • Select a frequency (e.g., weekly) for automatic refreshes. TradeWind AI will continuously update and expand your lead database.


Entering the Secondary Confirmation Keyword Selection Interface

After clicking "Next," the system will proceed to the keyword confirmation interface. The AI will intelligently expand the keywords you entered by first generating synonyms based on the original terms. If it detects a low match between the keywords and target region companies, it will perform secondary expansion. You can customize these expanded keywords according to your actual needs, with the option to select up to six keywords.

After finalizing your keyword selection, the system provides additional functional options, including customer profile filling, background information input, HS Code entry (for expanding customs data searches), and excluded domain settings (automatically saved to your account for future use).

It is worth noting that all selected keywords will be automatically translated by the AI into the official language of the target country, ensuring both accuracy and localization in subsequent searches.


Select Cold Email Templates

After confirming the above, click “Confirm” to proceed to “Cold Email Templates”.

Domain Options:

  • Use TradeWind’s free domain or add your own by clicking “New Domain” (requires verification).

Reply Email:

  • Defaults to your registered email (editable in Profile).

  • Template Selection:

    • Choose from pre-approved templates or search for custom ones.

    • Preview the subject line, body, attachments, and sender name (formatted as Your Name@SelectedDomain).

Set Up Follow-Up Emails (Optional)

Click “Next” to configure follow-ups:

  • Templates and reply-to settings will mirror your cold email setup.

  • Adjust the interval between initial and follow-up emails.

  • To skip follow-ups, click “Skip”.


Review and Launch

  • Finalize on the “Task Preview” page:

    • Double-check all settings (keywords, templates, timing).

    • Click “Confirm” to activate the task.

    • Options post-launch:

      • “Search Again” (new task)

      • “Return to Task List” (monitor progress).
