CRM User Guide

CRM Data Center Management

1. Accessing CRM Data Center

  • Navigate to "Data Center" in the left sidebar

  • Select "CRM" option

    System displays CRM Data Center interface

2. Contact Management Features

In CRM Data Center, users can:

View & Batch Process Contacts

  • Review all contacts obtained through lead generation tasks

  • Select target contacts via left-side checkboxes

  • Choose from these operations:

Tag Management

  • Add/Remove Tags: Apply or delete custom tags


    • Click "Add/Remove Tags" to select appropriate tags


    • Click "Manage" to create/edit/delete tags

Communication Control

  • Stop Sending: Halt email campaigns to selected contacts

    Archive: Remove contacts from CRM (retains records in original tasks)

3. Contact Follow-Up

  • Select target contacts via checkboxes

  • Choose follow-up method:

    • Mass Email: Initiate email sequences

    • WA campaigns: Launch WhatsApp campaigns

    • AI Call : Trigger automated phone follow-ups

4. View Contact History

  • Click "Contact History - Details"

    System displays complete interaction records including:

    • Email correspondence

    • WhatsApp messages

    • Call logs

5. Custom Task Review

  • Navigate to "Data Center >Campaigns"

  • Select "Custom Campaigns" on right panel

    View all CRM-created custom tasks

    Click "View task" for specific task contents
