Accessing the Company Search Interface

1. Navigate to "AI Lead Generation - Create Company Outreach Campaign" in the left sidebar

   

Setting Search Parameters

Keyword Selection

• Enter industry keywords in Chinese/English:

  

  • For end-customers: Use target industry names (e.g., "CNC machining")

  • For distributors: Enter "[Product Name] + Distributor" (e.g., "Hydraulic pumps Distributor")

Country/Region Selection

• Type country names in pinyin/English for auto-matching

  

• Multi-country selection available

Update Frequency

• Choose refresh cycle

  

• System auto-updates prospect lists accordingly

Cold Email Template Configuration

Domain Options

• Use TradeWind's free domains or

• Click "Add New Domain" to verify custom domains

Template Selection

• Default reply-to: Your registered email (editable in Account Settings)

  

• Choose from:
  ✓ Pre-approved templates
  ✓ Custom templates (search functionality available)

• Real-time preview displays:
  ✓ Subject line
  ✓ Email body
  ✓ Attachments
  ✓ Sender identity (YourName@SelectedDomain)

Scheduling

• Select immediate sending after search completion or

• Set specific delivery time

Follow-up Email Setup (Optional)

• Maintains same domain/reply-to as initial email

  

• Customizable:
  ✓ Template selection
  ✓ Send intervals (post initial outreach)

• Click "Skip" for single-email campaigns

Campaign Finalization

Preview & Confirmation

• Review all configured parameters

  

• Click "Confirm" to activate campaign

Post-Setup Options

• "New Search": Launch additional campaigns

• "Task List": Monitor active campaigns
