Important Notes
Mobile Number Requirements
The mobile number for a sub-account does not need to be registered in advance. If the number is already registered, the sub-account’s plan will automatically switch to "Enterprise Sub-Account," while retaining all other data.Shared Email Domain
Sub-accounts can directly use the email domain registered by the master account without additional setup.Independence of Sub-Accounts
Sub-accounts operate independently of one another. Templates, tasks, domains, and other data created under one sub-account will not be synchronized with others.Deleting a Sub-Account
Deleting a sub-account will permanently erase all its data, including tasks and templates. This action is irreversible, so please proceed carefully.Changing a Mobile Number
When modifying the mobile number of an existing sub-account, the new number will inherit all data from the original sub-account and become the new sub-account, while the old sub-account will be deleted.
With the steps above, you can easily create and manage your Enterprise master account and sub-accounts. The sub-account feature is ideal for team collaboration, enabling efficient task allocation and team management.
