Access Personal Center
Method 1: Click "Profile" in the left navigation menu

Method 2: Click your username in the top-right corner, then select "Personal Center"

Find Account Linking Option

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page
Locate the "Linked Accounts" section
This is the dedicated interface for binding your WhatsApp account to TradeWind AI, enabling WhatsApp message delivery through our platform.
Initiate Binding Process

Click the button next to the WhatsApp option
A pop-up window will appear displaying a QR code
On your mobile device:
Open WhatsApp
Go to Settings > Linked Devices > Link a Device
Scan the QR code shown in the pop-up window
Requirements for Successful Binding:
Your mobile device must have WhatsApp installed and logged in
Stable internet connection on both devices
Camera permissions enabled for WhatsApp
Verify Successful Binding

Click "Verify "
Successful binding shows:
✓ Green icon

Rebinding Instructions

When to Rebind:
When you log out of WhatsApp on your mobile
If your WhatsApp session expires
When changing devices
Rebinding Process:
Click the "Rebind" button
Repeat the standard binding procedure above
Important Notes:
Always ensure WhatsApp is properly installed and logged in before rebinding
The QR code will refresh automatically every 2 minutes for security
Contact support if you encounter persistent binding failures
