Navigate to "Brand Marketing > AI Content Generation" in the left sidebar

Uploading Marketing Materials

Click "Upload" (top-right corner)

1. Naming Convention: Use clear, descriptive titles for easy retrieval

   

2. Input Options:

   • Provide WeChat Official Account article links or

   • Upload .docx files directly

Processing Workflow:

• System automatically translates content to English

• Status updates from "Generating" to "Success" upon completion

  

Click the article preview icon below "Generate Article" to:
✓ Review translations
✓ Manually refine content

Video Production Module

After translation, click the video icon below "Generate Video"

Customization Options:

• Avatar Selection: Multiple styles aligning with brand identity

Voiceover: Preview and select from diverse voice options

Backgrounds:

• Upload custom images

• Edit on-screen text in real-time

Generation Controls:

• "Create Video": Initiates production (status: "Generating" → "Success")

• Download: Left button below generated video

• Regenerate: Right button to restart with new parameters

Precision Translation Tools

Professional Translation (Terminology Management)

Purpose: Lock industry-specific terms for consistent multilingual rendering

Workflow:

1. Navigate to "Knowledge Base > Professional Translation"

   

   
   

2. Click "Add Entry" (top-right)

   

   Configure:

   • Source term

   • Target language(s)

   • Approved translation

     

   Click "Save" to activate

Use Case:

• Ensures "pneumatic actuator" never auto-translates to incorrect variants

Translation Exclusion (Term Preservation)

The Translation Exclusion feature is designed to mark specific terms that should remain unchanged during translation. By adding these terms to the knowledge base, the system will recognize and preserve them in their original form throughout the translation process.

Purpose: Maintain original formatting for:
✓ Product codes (e.g., XJ-1500)
✓ Legal trademarks

Workflow:

1. Access "Knowledge Base >Translation Exclusion"

   

2. Click "Add Category"

   

3. Define:

   • Category label (click checkmark to save)

   • Terms to preserve (click "+" to add)

   

4. Finalize with "Save"
